Satin Yorkshire Terriers are sold as companion pets; a strict spay - neuter contract (SNC) is required to be fulfilled before ownership is transferred, regardless of full payment.

Our puppies are sold with a genetic health guarantee. Each puppy comes with age - appropriate vaccinations, deworming, tail-docked, dewclaws removed, microchipped, limited registration, DNA #, and a puppy starter kit. We do not release any of our puppies prior to 12 weeks, possibly older. 

Puppies are priced on an individual bases; taking many things into consideration, including (but not limited to):

• the maintenance of Satin Yorkie adults & puppies,

• the time, blood, sweat and (sometimes) tears,

• costs associated to breeding, whelping and rearing,

• the puppy package (including tangible and intangible items), 

• the puppy's lineage, overall appearance and etc.
